Take time for yourself

I did not understand how much time you give to others once you become a mom. It was hard for me to find the time to myself and not feel guilty about it. I loved working out before and during pregnancy, so once Isabelle arrived I had a hard time working out. I decided to make that time for myself and to always set some time to workout after coming home from school.


Now I workout from home by doing strength training videos from instagram, dance classes from Dance fitness with Jessica, and by going for walks at our beautiful Kickerillo Mischer Preserve by our neighborhood. When time permits I go to the gym and make sure I have a good workout and some much needed me time. 


Yesterday after our walk, I was able to play with Isabelle and push her on the swings, which is one of her favorite things to do. 

If you are a mom, always remember to take time for yourself.

So true! As moms, we need that alone time to recharge our batteries. 😊
